Front Office Staff

As the first point of contact for our guests, Front Office Staff play a vital role in ensuring a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience. If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a guest-first attitude, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Managing reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
  • Handling guest inquiries and providing information about hotel services and local attractions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree or diploma in hospitality management or related fields is beneficial

Housekeeping Staff

Our Housekeeping Staff ensure that every room and facility within the hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and take pride in creating pristine environments, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and organizing guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Restocking amenities and ensuring room standards meet hotel policies.
  • Reporting maintenance issues and ensuring prompt repairs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior housekeeping experience is beneficial 
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently.
  • Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

Manager

We are seeking experienced and dynamic leaders to manage various departments. If you have a proven track record of leadership and a passion for driving performance and guest satisfaction, we encourage you to apply.
